Suggested Italian websites with resources and activities to continue learning
How can we continue to improve our Italian outside the classrooms? One way, of course, is to go back to your notes, handouts and textbooks and do a bit of revision. You must be aware that there are many other methods to continue learning a language using the internet; many of them are free. Below are just a few suggestions; websites that offer a variety of methods and levels, from very beginners to fluent conversation.
Duolingo Italian can be found on Duolingo.com/learn A fun way that encourages progress through achievement of rewards. Very practical and intuitive. It can be addictive!
Coffee break Italian Beginners/Intermediate. Podcasts are free to listen to. Italian site at www.radiolingua.com Parliamo Italiano offers a variety of resources, readings, exercises at all levels. Some grammar too. The site is free and is found at www.parliamoitaliano.altervista.org
